Are the Products Cruelty Free?

Yes, we are currently waiting approval of the Certified Leaping Bunny.

Do you have samples?

Our sample Collections can be found under Multi Buy Discounts, where you can find an assortment of shampoo collections to try before buying in quantities.

Are your products Natural?

The Wow Grooming range includes a Natural based Aloe and Avocado shampoo, Oatmeal Shampoo.

Does Wow Grooming ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, please contact us via email hello@wowgrooming.co.uk We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my Wow Grooming order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers does Wow Grooming use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.  Tracking is provided with DPD orders.

Does postage cover outside the UK?

Deliveries to UK offshore addresses (including NI, ROI, Highlands and Islands) are charged at individual rates in line with prices from Royal Mail or Courier Service. This will be calculated and charged as a surcharge after your order has been placed, if you order and make payment without a prior carriage quotation Wow Grooming Ltd will notify you by email of the surcharge and on confirmation and payment the order will be dispatched or a refund will be issued for the order within 5 days from order, if there is not correspondence.  An admin charge of 5% will be incurred.

Do you offer student discounts?

Look at the multi buy discount where you will find 100 ml and 250 ml collections at a reduced rate to try our products.

Can I return my product to Wow Grooming?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Where are Wow Grooming products produced?

Wow Grooming products are produced here in the UK in a BRC accredited manufacturing facility.
