Full payment is required at time of order to Wow Grooming Ltd (#11124274) before products are supplied.
Scissors can only be returned unused and in the same condition as sent to you within 5 days of purchase. The cost of the item will only be refunded. Postage is the responsibility of the customer.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to check and confirm all orders at time of delivery and proof of any damages to be notified with photographic evidence where possible.
Orders please allow 7 working days after order has been placed before notifying us of missing deliveries, through the email on website: hello@wowgrooming.co.uk after 8 days Wow Grooming Ltd will no longer be responsible.
Tracking is available on most orders.
If orders are delivered to the wrong address, a further 5 working days after tracking should be allowed as they are very often redirected.
Carriage on orders will not be refunded where applicable.
Orders which are returned due to choosing incorrect product or no longer required are the responsibility of the customer to return and pay for carriage and are subject to a 15% admin fee.
Returned products must be in the original condition and suitable for resale.
Refunds will be issued subject to the above conditions before issued.
Price increases may occur without prior notice due to the current situation with the the lack of availability of raw materials and packaging.
Product Images Please note that the product images and packaging may vary from the picture, but will still be representative of the actual product. Depending on the type of screen or monitor, colours and shades may appear different.
Wow Grooming Ltd is only responsible for items which are displayed on the website and ordered through the website. Wow Grooming Ltd will not be held responsible for any similar or comparative or other products which display the name Colin Taylor.
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT within the UK.
Accounts are available on request at the discretion of Wow Grooming Ltd and only to genuine trade.
Refunds will incur a 15% admin charge.
Carriage on orders will not be refunded where applicable or payment for returns, this is the responsibility of the customer.
Cancelled orders which are cancelled for personal choice will incur a 15% admin charge and return postage by the customer.
Trade accounts can be viewed only when logged in, which will be not be automatic and logging in is necessary on each visit to the website. Trade prices are only available once logged in and no refund or credit can be claimed by the customer after the order has been placed and paid, unless at the discretion of Wow Grooming Ltd.
UK Offshore Delivery
Deliveries to UK offshore addresses (including NI, ROI, Highlands and Islands) are charged at individual rates in line with prices from Royal Mail or Courier Service. This will be calculated and charged as a surcharge after your order has been placed, if you order and make payment without a prior carriage quotation Wow Grooming Ltd will notify you by email of the surcharge and on confirmation and payment the order will be despatched or a refund will be issued for the order within 5 days from order, if there is not correspondence. An admin charge of 10% will be incurred.
Refunds will incur a 15% admin charge.
Cancelled orders which are cancelled for personal choice will incur a 15% admin charge and carriage is paid by the customer.
Deliveries During disruptions with Courier services and Royal Mail, we look to use other services, however, orders could be delayed up to 14 working days. Please be patient, it is out of the control of Wow Grooming. Wow Grooming do not take responsibility for the loss of parcels during strike periods.
